Reminders pause and the reply is forwarded to you. Record the promised date, and reminders wait until then.
What we check before every reminder
- You approved the wording and schedule
- Latest payment status and balance
- No open reply, dispute, promise or pause
- No more than one reminder per client every 72 hours, sent between 8 am and 9 pm in the client’s time zone
What we never do
- Add late fees or threaten legal action
- Change your invoices
- Handle your clients’ payments (they pay you directly)
- Promise you will be paid faster

- Cancel anytime from Manage billing in your account. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Nothing is charged today or during the 30-day trial, and you can cancel before it ends.
Questions
Which accounting software does it work with?
Due Meridian is built to connect with QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks and Wave. These direct connections are coming soon. Today, you can upload a CSV exported from any of them, or from any spreadsheet.
Is the CSV option hands-off?
Not entirely. So that no one who has already paid gets a reminder, CSV accounts need to reconfirm payment status within the 24 hours before each automated reminder. If they don’t, sending pauses.
Who do the reminders come from?
They’re sent in your name, to your clients, and only after you’ve confirmed the contacts, schedule and tone.
Where is it available?
Due Meridian is for freelancers, agencies and enterprises wherever they bill clients. Pricing is in US dollars.
What happens to my data?
